Meet Ron Roskilly – Owner and Inspector

R Squared Home Inspections is owned and operated by Ron Roskilly, whose career path has been shaped by both entrepreneurship and hands-on building experience. Before entering the construction industry, Ron spent twenty-two years owning and operating successful delicatessen and catering businesses. In 2010, ready to pursue a new challenge and driven by a passion for building and renovation, he sold his stores and transitioned into the trades.

Ron launched R Squared Handyman Services, beginning with smaller repair projects before quickly expanding into larger renovations such as deck construction, kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and eventually full home rehabs and property flips. And Ron didn’t simply oversee projects. He built them.

Swinging the hammer. Turning the screws. Solving problems behind the walls. This hands-on experience gave Ron something many inspectors simply do not have — a real understanding of how homes are built and how the systems within them interact.
